R.S. Sienna is 2 this year and has an exciting combination of some top dressage bloodlines from Holland. She is a refined and very elegant filly to make approximately 16hh.

Sienna's dam is Zi Zi Top, a compact, athletic moving KWPN mare by Sir Sinclair out of a Jazz mare. Zi Zi was imported by her breeders, the Reesink Stud, who stand Spielberg. We bought her in foal to Spielburg - see pictures of Zi Zi on her BROODMARE page.
SIRE BLOODLINES - SPIELBERG
Sienna's sire, SPIELBERG, is described as having a "conformation that is almost perfect". He is a tall, elegant horse and achieved the title “premium stallion”at the 2006 stallion show in Westfalia.

His sire, SUNNY-BOY, is one of the most successful sons of SANDRO HIT. Sunny-Boy himself is offspring out of the world famous Kebandina-line. This distinctive dressage family forms the basis of a series of famous Grand prix dressage horses, Mariano, Macbeth and Don Schufro. Dam Fantastica is a full sister of the Grand Prix dressage stallion Don Primero and besides producing Sunny-Boy, she is also the dam of the Grand Prix dressage stallion, Cappucino.
Damsire, ROSIER adds the blood of the renowned Dodona-family to this valuable family dressage pedigree, via the stallion Rubinstein I. This family is specifically renowned as the damline of the Olympic dressage horses Ahlerich, Amon and Rembrandt. In the third generation, Roncalli xx takes care of the necessary input of blood.
The damline also includes an accumulation of Hannovarian performance blood with respectively Don Camillo, Sesam II, Domspatz and Amateur I. Also out of the damline of Spielberg are the approved stallions Angelo Z, Artego, Concorde van de Helle, Del Rey, First Game, Sharim and the successful international showjumper Esprit with Lars Nieberg.
An extra plus is the very stable character of this stallion, which is also shown under saddle. Also under saddle he moves with rhythm and balance. His natural talent will make him a beautiful contribution to dressage breeding.

DAM BLOODLINES - ZI ZI TOP
Zi Zi Top's sire, SIR SINCLAIR, is described as the perfect combination of temperament, talent and bloodlines. An impressive athlete, he’s posted scores as high at 87% and was named the 2005 National FEI 6 Year Old Champion and USDF FEI 6 Year Old Horse of the Year. In 2006, Sir Sinclair won the Prix St. George Challenge at Dressage at Lexington, with a score of 72.5%.
As a sire he’s equally remarkable. In Holland he has 18 Star daughters and 2 Approved sons, Wesley and Welcome Sir. In the U.S. he’s produced 30 first premium foals and won Get of Sire in 2006, 2007 and 2008 at the Dressage at Devon Breed Show. Sir Sinclair’s yearling son, Bien Sir ISF, was named 2007 Dressage at Devon Breed Show Grand Champion, besting all other horses at the prestigious event. In 2008, he qualified for the USEF National Developing Horse Dressage Championship.

Zi zi's dam, Tresor, is by the dressage legend that is JAZZ. Quoted as the top all time proginator of dressage horses, Jazz is a keur preferent stallion thanks to his own performances and that of his offspring. He really stamps his stock and produces Grand prix horses. The KWPN society proclaimed him KWPN Horse of the Year 2006. He is sire of 6 approved KWPN sires, Broere Norway, Olivi, Riant, Tango, Johnson and Jazz Time.
Jazz became an international Grand Prix dressage horse under Tineke Bartels and is currently competed by Kirsten Beckers, who is the head rider for owners Broere Stables.

And of course, Jazz's famous sire, Olympic Cocktail (keur) also performed at the highest possible level and achieved numerous victories and high placings in grand prix and kur to music.
R.S. Sienna has an exciting competition career ahead of her before becoming a valuable bloodline asset to any breeder. She will be ideal to produce for the WBS Mare Performance Test and Grading as a 3 year old next year.
