SAINT MALO adds quality, strength, athleticism, paces and outline to his progeny. As well as producing outstanding pure bred Hanoverian progeny, he also crosses well with all types of mares. On a thoroughbred mare the result is just what modern eventing demands - an athlete who combines scope, paces, conformation, temperament, intelligence and expression.

On half bred and Irish mares the result is a more middleweight athlete with scope, correct conformation and ability to excel in all disciplines, from showing, hunting, dressage and jumping - the perfect allround sports partner. The Hanoverian/ Welsh cross is growing in popularity and deservedly so thanks to resulting athletic rideable offspring, like Y Matilda (Medoc x Welsh D mare). Matilda has been British Dressage and Breeding Champion for three years in a row from 2006, 2007 & 2008. She is now winning at Medium level and working Advanced Medium at home.

Saint Malo's offspring inherit his fantastic dual purpose abilities, with the eldest in Germany & Sweden competing in both dressage and showjumping. His eldest progeny in the UK will be just four in 2012 and are eagerly awaited to be seen under saddle.

Born in 2008, filly "Simply Solitaire" is Saint Malo's first born offspring in the UK.
